You want to make money using Twitter. You want your prospective clients to know who you are. Cool. It ain't that hard.

The key to scaling your influence and connections on Twitter has nothing to do with joining affiliate programs. It has nothing to do with scheduled posts, and frequency of posting. It does, however, have everything to do with being genuine.

Learning how to make money with Twitter is simple. All you have to do is be yourself. Don't listen to anyone else who tells you otherwise. Real money... .real relationships... those sort of things only happen when you, yourself, are real.

So, if you want to learn how to make real connections with real people on Twitter to grow your business, grow your stature, and allow your voice to be heard, let me show you the ropes.

Why me?

My Twitter journey began in 2007. Before pretty much anyone (even Oprah) knew what in the world Twitter was. I used the platform to grow my followers (whatever that means) to over 10,000 people. It didn't happen overnight. Because what sort of lasting success does, right? Getting to 10K followers took years, but ya know what? It didn't matter one iota how many damn followers I had when it came to business and communications.

I built a company and made a lot of friends on Twitter not because I had a lot of followers, but because I was myself.

I also had a lot of fun along the way chatting with people I admired as a kid, like Bryan Adams and Paulina Porizkova. Twitter isn't and shouldn't be all about business after all, right?

I actually quit Twitter.

These days, I don't even use the platform. All of what I've built in being myself has lasted outside the platform. And yet, I still have nearly 10K followers without following a single person back, nor tweeting for over a year.

is everything I learned being on Twitter for thirteen years. Not two years, not a million followers. Twitter as it should be. Real clients. Real friends. Real ego boosts chatting with your childhood heroes.

Pay what you want. Learn as much as you can.

Peace,
